The 2×2 square format works best for photos that are already square or landscape in orientation — group shots, candid moments, lifestyle photography, and most photos taken on a smartphone. Our upload tool lets you crop and preview each image before ordering, so you can see exactly how it will look. High-resolution images produce the sharpest prints.
We process and ship every order within 1–2 business days from our studio in New Hampshire. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS. Yes — our upload tool works directly from your phone's photo library, or you can connect your Instagram account to import photos. We recommend uploading the highest-resolution version of each photo for the sharpest print. Screenshots and images downloaded from social media may print with reduced sharpness due to compression.
Our magnets are designed for display rather than holding heavy items — they're perfectly strong for sticking to a refrigerator and staying in place, but not designed to clip papers to the fridge. They hold firmly on standard refrigerators and most magnetic surfaces.
